Eun Seol was going to refuse Moo Won when he asked her for a date. But Moo Won kept persuading Eun Seol in many ways. “Let’s not call it a date. Let’s just hang out together.” And Eun Seol finally gave up. They went out together.
Meanwhile at the coffee shop, Ji Heon was having a hard time with his part-time activity. He was about to run away as soon as he got a call from Eun Seol saying that she’d be late and Moo Won was with her.
But the other part-timer, the one who’s in charge to teach him (he’s the ticket man from the swinging boat the other day) told him to stay. He gave her many examples of how other part-timers had had their bad news but remained in their work because they need the money and the job.
So Ji Heon decided to stay. His father was coming over to watch his son working hard, he feels sorry with his son.
Eun Seol – Moo Won hang out together was fun. They watched the movie, walking on the park and cycling.
They’re having lunch when Eun Seol tried to confirm her feelings once again, saying “I’m not accepting both you and Director”. Moo Won had the sad face for a second, but then he said that he actually already knew whom Eun Seol’s feeling was leaning towards.
At the cafe, Ji Heon was facing his symptoms again. His job was to stand behind the cashier machine, so he got scared because strangers kept coming. So he said to himself, “Just think of Noh Eun Seol. Think of them as Noh Eun Seol.”
And yes, he saw his customers as Noh Eun Seol.But too many Noh Eun Seols eventually made him dizzy.
Na Yoon got so bored being locked at home, so she went out shopping. Unfortunately, she met her own mother who was also shopping at the same shop. Na Yoon tried to escape, but the guards caught her at the end. On their way back home, Na Yoon remembered what Moo Won told her the other day.
“If they catch you, just run away again and again. If you keep doing that, they’ll get tired and lose you at the end.”
So when their car stopped on a red light, Na Yoon decided to escape.
When Eun Seol came, he could hold himself to get upset. He prevented Moo Won to get in and just sent him away.
Ji Heon was very upset, but his work time wasn’t over yet. So he waited until the cafe was closed.
Knowing his sister-in-law was backstabbing him, Chairman Cha decided to respond it. He’s going for TJ Consortium bidding. Well I don’t really understand about this bidding thing, but it seemed to be a very big deal that company, TJ Group.
Na Yoon came to Eun Seol’s house because she had no other friends. Myeong Ran didn’t accept her easily, she asked for a rent fee. Na Yoon happily agreed.
When Eun Seol woke up from her nap, Ji Heon started to demand her telling him what happened when Moo Won and her went out together. Eun Seol told him to stop fighting his own cousin. She said that they look like they needed each other more than they needed her.
Ji Heon insisted her telling him her story. Eun Seol then told him that she didn’t like their wealthy environment. She said it felt alien and she just wanted to live in her own environment happily.
Moo Won knew that her mother was setting a war against Chairman Cha and he decided to help. He said he needed power because someone said she didn’t like his environment, so he would need power to change the environment.
Ji Heon drove Eun Seol home and when he was about to go, they saw Na Yoon and Myeong Ran just came back from the grocery store to buy ice cream.
Na Yoon stopped Ji Heon from going before they had a talk. She said she hadn’t officially break him up, though he had confirmed her his feelings. It wasn’t easy for her to do that, especially because she knew Ji Heon loved her so much. But she realized that things had changed, including Ji Heon’s heart. So she’s doing the best for everyone.
Na Yoon was so sad about the break up. But that night she wasn’t alone. Myeong Ran and Eun Seol were there to accompany her got drunk and hold her when she cried.
They’re just like anyother friends who cheer you up when you’re down. The girls were even singing and dancing 2NE1′s “I’m the best”.
Ji Heon came home finding his father in a deep contemplation.
He still couldn’t believe that his father had turned to be a warm person, especially towards him. Chairman Cha then told him that he wouldn’t fire her and instead would accept Noh Eun Seol as Ji Heon’s girl.
“I will accept her with one condition: you have to have a strength/power,” said Chairman Cha.
He said he care for her and knew her strength. But the environment they dwell was a harsh one. People would attacked them whenever they had a chance. There’re always people in their environment who wanted to bring them down.
“So you have to have power. If you want to protect Secretary Noh, you have to be strong and be able to protect yourself first.”
Ji Heon put his father’s words in mind that night, thinking about what he said very seriously.
Eun Seol sent her father back home to the mountain, mostly because they now had Na Yoon in their small house. Before going, Mr. Noh asked her daughter about her true feeling to one of the chaebols, despite his rejection to both of them. He told her that the most important thing was her feelings. It’s better to break one’s heart than everyone’s heart.
The news about Chairman Cha’s involvement in the bidding of TJ Consortium finally out in the newspaper. The surprise was not good for Moo Won and his mother.
Moo Won went to Chairman Cha to protest and to stop doing what he’s doing. But Chairman Cha also told him to stop what he and his mother were doing and to give up his share in the DN Group.
Moo Won said that the company was originally belong to his father. Chairman Cha said his old brother was a messy man and he never wanted the company and that’s why now DN Group was in his hand.
Na Yoon came along with Eun Seol to the coffee shop to help for the advertising. They’re in the middle of a conversation when Na Yoon read the news about Chairman Cha and TJ Consortium. She told Ji Heon that his father was setting a real war between him and Madam Shin and Moo Won.
Getting back to the office, Ji Heon and the girls met Moo Won in front of the elevator. He looked so down and Ji Heon understood his feelings right then. Looking at Moo Won staring at Eun Seol demandly, Ji Heon said, “You can borrow her for awhile.”
Eun Seol stayed and asked Moo Won if he was okay. Moo Won just said, “10 seconds please. 10 seconds will be alright.” And there they were. Moo Won just stare at Eun Seol to ease his pain.
After 10 seconds passed, Moo Won finally took a deep breath and looked relieved.
“I think i’m better now. Thank you. Don’t feel sorry for me. Don’t worry about me either. I’m just very thankful that you haven’t decided on the right or left side yet,” Moo Won said and then he left.
Moo Won wanted to be alone in his office but Na Yoon came to give him back his American Express card.
“Should I comfort you?” asked Na Yoon. Moo Won said he’s okay.
And then Ji Heon came in to tell him to stop what he and his mother doing. Ji Heon said he wouldn’t win anything. Moo Won just coldly told him to leave.
Though Ji Heon told Moo Won he wouldn’t get the company over him, when he went back home he straightly protested his father for setting the real war. He told his father why he did that, especially for him. He also said that he really didn’t want the business.
Chairman Cha also failed to get his privately peaceful time.
His mother came to scold him for making a mess with the family. And then Madam Shin came as well. She burst out her anger. Chairman Cha told her that he actually wasn’t happy with what he’s doing, but Madam Shin stabbed him on the back first. Madam Shin threw her shoe to him. Chairman Cha was trying to give her back the shoe, but instead Madam Shin threw the other pair.
The bidding war involving TJ Consortium was getting hotter. Moo Won tried to make his mom stop, but Madam Shin didn’t want to do that.
Ji Heon also tried to stop his father. “Are you really not interested in the management’s rights?” asked Chairman Cha.
“No, i’m not interested in it,” confirmed Ji Heon.
Ji Heon drove Eun Seol like usual. They’re walking up the stairs when Ji Heon said, “You said you don’t like my environment. I don’t like my environment either. That’s why, should I go to Noh Eun Seol’s environment?”
Eun Seol was still surprised when another voice approached them.
“There’s no need,” said Moo Won. “Because I’m going to change our neighborhood, so that Noh Eun Seol would like it.”
